Cancellation :
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 07 (Seven) days of the order confirmation, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Cancellation policy not applicable for customised furniture.

Refund:
We don’t offer you a refund or return on any kind of product you have purchased through us.
We do offer Exchange. For Exchange, Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Refund applicable If Any item is delivered either damaged or missing parts from the item.
* Any item that is returned after 15 days of delivery is non-refundable.

Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping:
Once the order is placed successfully. We deliver your product within 25 to 35 days depending on the product you purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to 1st Floor, Plot No. 107, Saibaba Office Colony, Above More Super Market, Kandiguda, Hyderabad, TS, 500062, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
